After receiving the call from the homeowner stating that their ceiling in their downstairs bedroom was leaking, we found out shortly after showing up that their upstairs toilet was leaking from a cracked pipe.

Homeowner stated that after hearing there was way more damage than a leaking ceiling I was worried about what I would be left with. After talking with our water technician and him reassuring her that everything would be taken care she was at relief leaving the problem in our hands.

The homeowner was very pleased by everything that was done from the time they called to the time it was finished. They stated that "everything was fantastic and made the process so much easier.
