Chad and his crew delivered exceptional service and helped to ease our stress in a terrible situation! They were extremely quick to respond the evening of our incident and worked diligently to salvage what personal belongings we could save. Our damage was extensive and our home not livable so they started the demo right away, which helped to ease our minds by seeing the “clean slate” rather than the catastrophe we had seen a couple days prior. Our salvaged personal belongings were cleaned and stored with SERVPRO and after 6 months of storage, we were ready for our personal items back. The way they cared for our belongings were exceptional! Our items were all clean, packaged and stored with exceptional care! Our items were organized and labeled, which made unpacking so much easier. The crew had known that our kids had a difficult time processing what had happened to our home and their belongings, and saying they went above and beyond with our kids items is an understatement. We smiled opening every storage box because it truly was a seamless process! Upon arrival at the Turkey Run School they had a massive sewage leak that leaked into their under ground tunnel. It was filled with sewage and water ankle deep when SERVPRO of Vigo County arrived.

After extracting the water and sewage and setting equipment we were able to clean the tunnel to make it "Like it never even happened." The maintenance manager said he would have never guessed we would have been able to get it to look better than it did before. He stated if he every had a problem again or knew of anyone with a problems he would recommend SERVPRO of Vigo County again and again. Great service!
