We discovered a water faucet had blown apart at about 7:30 in the evening. After getting the water shut off we made a call to SERVPRO Joe. He offered to send a crew right away, but we decided to wait until the morning. The water had been spraying for days already so delaying the clean up process overnight was not going to be an issue. His crew had all the damaged drywall and cabinets removed from our industrial kitchen and all the equipment moved to a separate room for cleaning by the end of day one. They did an amazing job drying out our facility. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the Wabash Valley in need of their help.

I had a water heater leak in my basement. Within 30 minutes of my call, I had a crew headed to my home to evaluate the problem, and to assist in the cleanup.

We had a leak in our house over the summer. Our insurance recommended SERVPRO and I'm so happy they did. They showed up 10 minutes after our first call and set up equipment to soak up water. They called and came out numerous times over the following week to check on us and the equipment. Very courteous business and we would highly recommend to anyone. We will have them do our remodel work too.

Unfortunately I had a water heater blow out in one of my rentals. The damage was substantial. Luckily SERVPRO was called and the work they performed was outstanding. They had to open my walls 3 ft up where the water damage occurred to insure there was no mold growing. SERVPRO was quick to respond, cleaned up all the mess and fixed everything. I had an upstairs bathroom pipe that busted & flooded both my bathroom, & also through the floor, ruining my kitchen ceiling & flooring. I called SERVPRO of Vigo & they came out immediately, putting me at ease. They extracted the water & placed drying equipment where needed.
